How does the process work?
All compounded medication requires a prescription from your doctor. Your doctor can fax, call, or electronically submit your prescription. Once we receive a prescription we will reach out with pricing and next steps. We do require prepayment on compounded prescriptions, so once we have authorization and payment, we will begin the compounding process. We ask for up to 3 business days for compounding.
Do you mail prescriptions?
Yes, we offer shipping within the state of Ohio. For non-refrigerated items we offer free USPS mailing. For refrigerated items or expedited shipping, we offer UPS Ground ($20) and UPS overnight ($40) options.
